1. The marketplace

printing.co.za is a marketplace that connects customers, designers and printing suppliers in South Africa. We facilitate quotes, escrow payments and project coordination but are not a party to the underlying contracts between buyers and sellers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Payments and escrow

Funds held in escrow are released to suppliers on delivery confirmation, subject to our dispute-resolution process. Platform fees and commissions are disclosed on the pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the platform's security or availability.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, printing.co.za is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email.
